Comprehensive Medical Device Marketing for a Mission-Driven Med Tech Company



Brand Guidelines
It was imperative that The Patient Company had a consistent brand to use across all marketing material that both reflect its cutting-edge company and product, and create brand recognition. The brand guidelines set the direction for all content created thereafter and ensure consistency and cohesion. The Patient Company’s branding is marked by bold, complimentary colors and a consistent sans serif font across heading and paragraph text.
Website
The Patient Company’s website design was driven by the desire to exhibit the SimPull’s advanced technology, functionality, and benefits to users, while creating a web experience that was straightforward for clinical staff looking to learn more about the product. The design elements are fresh, bold, and modern.
The site utilizes motion and graphics to educate the user about the SimPull device. The responsive website was built on the Webflow platform, which enabled informational animation creation, a CMS for easy updates, and eye-catching design details. The final design is clean, sleek, and intuitive.

Medical Device Marketing SEO
Part of The Patient Company’s website design program included implementing SEO, or Search Engine Optimization. SEO research and efforts focused on creating visibility for the SimPull to their ideal audience by creatively using industry terminology. We researched high-value keywords with low/medium competition to elevate TPC to the top of organic search results. These words were strategically assigned to web pages and optimized according to SEO best practices.
The website was launched in January. January 1st through March 1st marked the initial SEO implementation. From March first onward, View has been monitoring and implementing SEO optimizations. In just one month from March 1st, we saw a 330% increase in total organic keywords.

Medical Device Marketing Ads
After launching the newly SEO-optimized site, our team created a Google Ads strategy that targeted keyword searches, audiences based on interest and purchase intention, as well as remarketing audiences (people who have visited the site within a certain timeframe). Most of our efforts went toward nursing audiences, clinicians, and hospital management. Ads targeting event-specific audiences are also run as they occur. New product photography done by the View team was incorporated into ads.


Social Media Management
The next step in The Patient Company’s marketing plan was to employ their brand on social media accounts. We launched Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube accounts for the company, with branded assets that create cohesion with the site and other marketing materials. These accounts serve to raise awareness of the brand and product as well as to share information about upcoming events and company news. View consistently creates social media content for The Patient Company based on their event calendar, blog, and product.


Marketing Materials
The Patient Company’s marketing materials underwent a redesign, always keeping their market positioning in mind. Our team created print and digital assets that are used to promote the company and product including ads, handouts, marketing emails, PowerPoint templates, and more. In addition to branded materials, we create press releases that report on company announcements and share them with the newswire.
Product Photography
The Patient Company needed updated product photography that evidenced both the function and advanced technology of the SimPull. View took product photos and handled the post-production process, leaving TPC with a variety of beautiful digital images to be used in marketing collateral across the board, elevating their brand and showcasing their product.


Trade Show Booth
The Patient Company enlisted our medical device marketing agency team to help design a trade show booth that would establish their brand, appeal to potential customers, and convey information about their product. View created designs and sourced the materials needed for a successful tradeshow booth that conveyed their vision.
